Any chance that is what I saw flying around 6:30 pm today around Mercer Island, looking like it was heading towards Renton Field? It was too dark to tell what they were other then military planes (from the lights on the tail I thought they might be F-15s).

Before landing at McChord tonight they asked Seattle Approach for a bay tour and flew over Elliott Bay at 1500 feet, at 6:15 pm

I think there was an AC-130 flying around Thursday night, before landing at McChord Devil 11 gave a rounds count to Stryker 26: total rounds expended 118-40 mm, unable to fire the 105 due to a problem with the system

Also on Tueday I saw two c-17s over downtown Tacoma in the afternoon. They were flying pretty low and close over Pacific Ave, almost like they were "chasing" each other. I know seeing a C-17 over Tacoma is not that unusual but these were a lot lower then normal for that area.
