Looks like they want to revamp/rebuild their radio system in Skagit County. ftp://ftp.skagitcounty.net/e911/Request%20for%20Proposal%20Radio%20System%20Feb%202010.pdf Besides details on what they want, there a crap-load of information on the current frequencies, tones, sites, usages, mutual aid procedures, mutual aid frequency usage, MEDCOM usage, and Fire Zone breakdown/assignments.
