When programming my scanner for CC trunking would I be correct in saying that all the EPSCA Simulcast sites (W Tiger, Horizon, Norway & Capitol) use the 868.775 CC? So as long as I'm within those 4 sites I should get a "good" signal?

Or, do all of the separate sites transmit on unique CCs? I didn't think this was how it's set up.. Maybe it is?

As I see it there should be roughly 8 total CCs for the whole system. Ex: King County sites use their own CC, King County Simulcast sites use their own CC, EPSCA sites use their own CC, Seattle sites use their own CC etc... Is this true? I'm basing my assumption off of the kctrs.jpg system map.

What's the difference between the King County Simulcast sites and the King County sites. Do both carry the same traffic (depending on what TGs are being affiliated by system users) but use different CCs? Same goes for EPSCA & EPSCA Simulcast, do both carry the same traffic?

Sorry for all the questions, I may be WAY off in how I think the system works. I've read all the primers on trunking but don't quite have a grasp of this system. The whole King County vrs EPSCA vrs Seattle systems and the way they interact is what I'm fuzzy on. I can see how it makes sense having them set up independently. It saves the "bandwidth" by not requiring each site to transmit the same thing, unless affiliated with.

You are basically right about the simulcast systems each using the
a different control channel, with each tower in the simulcast cell
all transmitting together on the common control channel. Which traffic you hear on which cell is determined in real time by the computers, so no guarantees.

There are three simo systems (Seattle, EPSCA, KC/VC) plus a few
single-tower "fill in" sites. I think the listing elsewhere in Intercept
is reasonable accurate for your purposes.
