I've recently started listening to Blaine border patrol and find it interesting although difficult to understand. Can anyone let me know what some of the numbers, codes and colors mean. I obviously understand all the basic police codes 10-4,etc but the bp uses alot of other numbers and codes also. eg. Red on 155??????? :?

When listening to "780" which is KAK780 you will hear "x" hundred units, they are as follows;

100-Port Angeles Border Patrol
200-Blaine Border Patrol
300-Bellingham Border Patrol
400-Lynden Border Patrol
500-Lynden Police Department
600-Sumas Police Department
700-710 Everson Police Department (they are dispatched by What-Comm, however appear on Border Patrol frequencies occasionally)
780- KAK780 Blaine Sector Dispatch
800-Blaine Police

The number/color combinations are sensor locations. They are a location and activity description.

Hope that helps

Also forgot to add 781-789 are CBP Ports of Entry and Border Patrol Stations.
