KNIGHT 31 flight of four Hornets landed at Boeing Field and parked at Clay Lacy 6 pm Saturday. Air-to-air 268.875 |

They departed southbound a little after 1pm Sunday. As they passed by my place, Knight 33 could not retract his gear on takeoff and the flight of four quickly turned into two flights of two and about 4 miles apart...only the flight leader (Knight 31) forgot to pass that item along to Seattle Departure. Needless to say the controller got a little aggitated and had to divert another aircraft around them. |

He eventually got the gear up and they were cleared to Oceanside. Tac freqs were 268.875 and 271.575 |
