I was looking at the database for Skagit County law enforcement and it indicated all were dispatched by Skagit 911. It also showed that Anacortes PD was operating in the 800mhz area whereas everyone else was in the lower frequencies. Anacortes FD is indicated as using lower frequencies.
Is Anacortes PD operating in the 800mhz area with a non-trunked system? Could this be the first agency to cut over to an eventual countywide trunked 800mhz system?

Anacortes has been using the 851.2375 frequency
for quite a few years. It is not part of any trunked system.
