On 09/29/04 Seattle SWAT had an incident, and their units switched from the usual TG freqs to "State Ops 5, Zone 7" per the scene commander. <snip>
I was unable to find the freq that they switched to either thru scanning on my BC245 or in your fine database. I searched both the trunked system and the fixed frequencies in the other State Ops range to no avail. Does anyone know what freq they switched to?

I assume you tried 867.6375 (State Ops 5) specifically, and were within a mile or so of the scene? Since State Ops frequencies are simplex - no repeater - and used for on scene communications, they typically cannot be heard much further than a mile or two from the transmitting handheld radio). That criteria met, and still didn't hear them?
