154.965 is licensed to King County & Kitsap County in many locations in each.

Thats Kitsap Co. Sheriff. I believe 154.965 is now a TAC channel for them.

So the CT code in the database is incorrect then?

I think the Kitsap County stuff was originally left unfinished because the system was unfinished. I.e. one day a freq would be a repeater output; the next it'd be changed to an input. Units would be told not to use one channel, then midway through shift they'd be told to use that channel now and abandon the one they were on.

Anyone know if there's now a set-in-stone plan?
