So I know King County North Radio frequently responds with "Marine X" units - but they also ask for Seattle marine patrols as well as Mercer Island folks....

Are the Seattle & Mercer Island boats also PD units?

Seattle Harbor Patrol are also somewhat Marine Firefighter trained. They have Firefighter Turnout gear and have limited Gallon Per Minute that they can apply on a burning vessel. For many years this has been an issue with both Seattle P.D. Union and S.F.D. Union.

Any ideas what frequency each one goes on? Is it just SPD East and MI Dispatch?

Seattle Harbor Patrol is on 4048. Not much going on. They'll also pop up on the N/E/S/W talkgroup nearest whatever they're working on if it's by land.
