I have been picking up a lot of traffic. They have been talking about highway closers. Does anybody know who was this freq.

Are assigned for radio / television broadcast use.
Some remote links, some operations (simplex & repeat)

Don't forget the 161.625 to 161.76 Mhz "RPU" band.
