Any idea who is installing the system?

OK, here's a wierd, off topic question.

In researching the Snoqualmie Casino license, I see they used a firm called "Cara Enterprises" to process their FCC license.

I went to Cara's website http://www.caraenterprises.com/index.htm

And see a link for "GPS Licenses"
I say "WTF?" and click on the link

Inside that section they have a link to "GPS Frequencies"
So I say "WTF?" again and click on the link
http://www.caraenterprises.com/GPS%20Frequencies.PDF

And now I say to you "WTF?"
Does anyone have a clue what they are referring to here when they say "GPS Radio systems" and "GPS Radio Frequencies"?

(BTW, did I happen to say "WTF?"???)

Yet another flavor of GPS positioning improvement. First there was DGPS, then WAAS, and now "GPS base stations". Base stations receive data from the satellites then calculate how far "off" they are. You can either download the data from the base station device or optionally have it streamed over UHF.

no that was a side topic on the main topic. nothing related to the casino other then the same company that filed the license for Snoqualmie Entertainment also supports the GPS units
