I noticed that Lynwood's Police Dispatch is now on a repeater, very clear from up here in Victoria, arent they switching to the 800mhz trunked soon, why would they make the change to a repeater now, or have they always been?? I understand that this freqency is only used for weekends & nights, is this true |

Your listening to a patch. The source audio for the call was on 800 MHz and is being re transmitted on VHF for the duration of the cutover. That way an entire fleet does not have to be changed out in a day. |

FYI ... Grand Coulee Police Department tac is using 155.145 CSQ here in Grant County. GCSO and MLPD have authorization to use that channel with a tone of 156.7. Brian J. Preston Moses Lake, WA |
