What sounds like speed patrols or maybe The "X-52" campaign is now very active on LERN 62864. Sounds like its in Sno county. Hwy-9. Lots of stops near a cross street of "state St"? Why would KCSO "LERN" be active in Sno county. Yep it is sno county as I just heard a stop on Hwy-9 near Lake Stevens. This must be the "X-52" campain( a collective effort at stopping speeding and tailgating and unsafe driving by various L.E. Depts.)

Lern is an common VHF frequency(155.370 MHz) used across the state. Since 800 trunking can't transmit on VHF, the trunking system has a link/bridge between the VHF frequency and the lern talkgroup.

Make no mistake about it, X-52 at the legislative level is not about traffic safety, it is about revenue. The WSP boys think it is about traffic safety but it is not.

Someone should've told them that a few weeks ago when they were doing it here in Puyallup...All I kept hearing was 'clear with a verbal', over and over.
