I wonder who the DOE brainstormer is that came up with this idea...?..

I can't see this going through, some of these other Gov't agencies will file an injunction.

Rattlesnake is a good central commo site, homeland security, blah blah.

:D Much a do -- about nothiing. "Rattlesnake" is a group of different sites -- located on or near Rattlesnake Ridge. One site is on DOE - Hanford. The others are mostly on DNR Property or private property. This notice, only effects one of the many sites in the area. Never a good thing, but no need to panic or revolt.
