Post subject:  163.6250 Unit Numbering

Hi I was just wondering if anybody has confirmed unit info for 163.6250 & 163.6750 for that matter.

This is what I have, but I may have assumed some things wrongly:

200 Units: Sumas Police Department
400 Units: Blaine Police Department
500 Units: Lynden Police Department
800 Units: Ferndale Police Department
1100 Units: US Border Patrol

I have also heard units in the following ranges:

300 Units
600 Units
1300 Units

Can anybody help me out with any info they may have on these

Thank you very much that should help in understanding whats going on some... What about other federal frequencies in use around the area that I may be able to pick up from Victoria BC, Canada?? (ie FBI, DEA)

Thanks again,

Check the frequencies on the post you made (167.46>)
that Matt replied to plus 167.3375 for FBI.
Search 418 to 419 for DEA. Haven't heard them lately.

Think you got me mixed up with 'bcradio' but I managed to find the post anyways. I've been hearing digital broadcasts on 165.2375 & 170.7250, some encrypted but not all... Any ideas?

165.2375 & 170.725 are both US Customs repeaters.
170.725 input is 173.500( Charlie 6)
165.2375 is main customs freq.
Both use tone of 100.0.

The customs frequencies are not as active
as they used to be. Probably using cell
phones or Nextel like lots of agencies lately.
