This year the DOT's using a cross-band link I hadn't heard before: 151.025 csq in the Seattle area. I'm curious what the site is, and what region it really covers. Base call is "Seattle", and it seems to cover I-405, I-90, and SR410 (Crystal/Cayuse/Chinook).
It's probably time (winter mountain pass season) to update the list of these channels. Some previous discussion is here:
