Anyone have accurate information on Mason Co Sheriff and Shelton PD? Dispatches and Tacs? Databse info seems a little wonky with 3 dispatches and a tac all one frequency and some of these even with same tones.

I can verify 460.225 as of last spring. For the SO. From the oyster beds of Potlatch state park!

Makes sense to me...a common PL for the outputs of the dispatch repeaters, differing tones on the inputs to differentiate between 'North' and 'South' repeaters, and a direct/talkaround simplex channel with the same PL enabling the officers to overhear dispatch while chatting.

Pretty common setup...Or shall I make this a new project? 8)

Ya, I understand what you are saying. Though the databse listed more than one dispatch district on the same freq and tone. It's possible that's correct but I'm suspicious.

I've seen it done this way a lot...The county I worked for in California had repeaters on 6 different sites, all on the same freqs with varying PL tones on the inputs to select. Dispatch selected one site or all for dispatching, covering 3300 square miles and 6 districts. I doubt Mason Co has enough LEOs to justify more than one dispatch channel anyhow.
