medic 21 HYW 30??

I was listing to Snohomish County East, and I heard some tropo, they had a medical call for med 21 and engine 21 on talk group 720 on HYW 30 at mile post 57.5 the control channel was 868.925 and the talk group was 720

That is weird, because Medic 21 & Eng. 21 are dispatched from SNOCOM not SNOPAC East. And TG 720 is Tac-5 which is SNOPAC North. Maybe something big happened up north and it was a Zone Response?

HWY 30 is in Oregon along the Colombia River Its on the Oregon side of the river I did here the dispatcher say she was going to check with Clark County for something the call was a med call for a dieabitic person who did not know where he was fire unable to locate
