Just noticed that several North side typical TG's are now on the East trunk. Like SCSO North and Snopac North TG 570. Wonder if it will last?

Define "east" trunk.

There is a Phase 1 part of the system, and that is primarily the I-5 corridor from Everett to the King/Sno Line. Phase 2 is the rest of the county (outside of Phase 1).

The Darrington and Index Intellipeters are generally considered in Phase 2.

So, If I translate your question correctly - are you saying that you hear talkgroups from the Phase 1 part of the system on the Phase 2 part, and talkgroups from the Phase 2 part on the Phase 1 part?

It simply could be that there have been some coverage issues in the overlap areas, and the system administrators decided to allow some talkgroups to be active on both parts of the system - when previously, they were not. That would allow the radio to "roam" between the two parts of the system (Phase 1 and Phase 2), and provide the user with coverage - all transparent to the user.

West Simulcast = Phase 1
East Simulcast = Phase 2

There were several TG's that could only be heard on the East Simulcast. For example, Snocom North Dispatch. And SCSO North and East dispatch.

In my scanner I had both the East and West Simulcast trunks programmed in to my scanner with the same exact TG's. With the hope that those NE TG's would show up on the West Simulcast. And a few days ago, they did. TG's that I had only ever heard on the East Simulcast, started showing up on the West Simulcast.

I just hope the change sticks.
