1.
In my quest to fill up every channel in my radios/scanners I stumbled across 453.675 (ICSO) on sunday afternoon. Signal strength was great on my XTS and barely there on my 246t. Anyway, I've been running it through WINmdc and logging unit ID's and corresponding call signs.

If anyone has any interest I'll post what I've logged so far. Just something to keep me busy after work.

For the greater Seattly area, are there any good UHF frequencies that you monitor on a regular basis? I've already got FPS, all the local media and ESFD/Bellevue Disp.

I'm looking for something to keep my radios squaking.

What's FPS?

As far as UHF goes, you might be able to hear Mason County Sheriff dispatch. They're on 460.225 and can be heard from where I'm at in Fairwood. You also might be able to get the Jefferson County Sheriff, which is 453.575. Port of Seattle Fire still tones out on 453.500. That's about it -- nobody's really operating on UHF around here anymore.

Oh yeah -- MARS still has its UHF frequency.

Thanks for the frequencies. I'll plug those in for good measure. I did copy something on 460.225, but it was a bit scratchy. The scanner was laying on its side though.

The City of Seattle still has an active repeater on 453.850.

This previously was used by the Engineering Department Solid Waste Division for transfer station and landfill operations.

About the only thing I have heard for the past few years on this repeater are SDOT traffic and weather advisories.

Is this the DEM repeater that the Fire Dept. Battalion Chief's have portables for ?

Another Seattle UHF repeater is City Light 451.150.
Sounds like security and Meter Disconnect comms on here.
