The past few months Ive been hearing air to ground traffic on 463.050mhz
traffic is between a base and helicopter where helicopter gives out lat/long reports etc on a vary strong repeater.
I think its a medivac helo judging from its comms but what company uses that frequency?

That could be a med-com freq for Air Lift Northwest in the Bellingham area

Do you happen to have any of the unit numbers used? Any units identified as "Omaha XXX" or "8000"?

Then gave vitals for its patient it had on board.
dispatch then sayed that AMR had been notified

Unless they've changed (?), Airlift NW uses the callsigns of "Airlift xx" and doesn't generally use AMR, they land directly at Harborview Med Ctr.

Anyone? I'm here on the valley floor, so I can't hear this one.

Airlift does land directly on the pad at Harborview but it is a LONG walk/gurney push to the ER from the pad so normally they have an AMR unit for that phase of the transport. It's about a 1 city block distance.

Sometimes with a super-critical patient or no close AMR units available they will call for a SFD Medic Unit for the transport.

I thought Airlift had been using Med 2 463.025 for the North Sound communications.

Many of the MEDCOMs are now linked, via WSP microwave.
I recently saw a map, but can't recall exact configuration.
