I found it on the web 155.775. I tested it and heard possible wsp on this freq

That freq is used by Bremerton PD for dispatch. PL tone is 110.9. It is also licensed to the Colville Confederated Tribes in Eastern WA.

Way over here in Moses Lake I am hearing traffic on 155.775 with 2 different tones. 100.0 and 131.8.

bye the way that freq came off radiorference.com and got the whole list of them if anyboby wants them posted ley me know and i will.

It is a "TYPO ERROR". Another website shows 155.77 ( NOT 155.775 ) as a Tactical channel. It should be 154.77. They also list 159.045 as OSCAR -- which is NOT correct. MTM

This is a classic problem which had been around for years. People copying freq lists or FCC data and posting them on their web page without taking the time to confirm if the frequency is correct and whether or not the frequency is actually used.
