You might also want to add the DOT frequencies as well.
I did a search of older archives recently and came up with the
following:

151.025
47.240
151.115

46.56 still licensed in the Chelan / Okanogan Counties area as a Repeater. Otherwise --- 46.52, 46.54, 46.56 and 46.58 are now licensed to the State Emergency Management Office. 45.80 and 45.84 used to feed a few repeaters in the Cowlitz / Clark Counties area as well as the Spokane area on the 47 Mhz channels. 45.70, 45.82, 45.90, 45.94 and 45.98 are licensed for operations in the Northern Puget Sound area -- from Seattle to Blaine.

Another day in Paradise !! No locusts, earthquakes or fire storms. State DOT is no longer using 151.115. Its now a WSP frequency. VHF primary channels are 151.01, 151.025, 151.04, 151.07, 156.12 - statewide. The Primary frequencies are all active -- on a statewide basis and are wide band analog New narrow band frequencies include 151.0025, 151.0175, 151.0325, 151.0475, 151.0625, 151.0775, 156.1125, 156.1275, 156.1425. All VHF channels are non-trunked. Shared use of 156.135 -- by DOT and OEM.

All of the VHF frequencies are NON-trunked. I know that all of the wide band frequencies are active. The new narrow band frequencies may or may not be active -- it would all depend on if any scanner could receive the new channels -- or not. The only fixed repeaters are located in eastern Washington. Otherwise -- all repeaters are licensed as itinerent --portable stations.
