Hi, does anybody know anything about the Snohomish County PUD 900Mhz trunked system. I found the control channel on 938.9875 and can hear various voice frequencies, but cannot set the scanner to trunktrack it. Is this trackable??

I'm not getting signal on that control channel. Is there a source for the Sno PUD #1 radio system?

The control channel probably rotates. Try these:
