I am not sure when the change occured but the FAA "Seattle Center" now is using 127.050 instead of 135.525, presumably from the Beacon Hill site.

This freq is what a lot of the aircraft above 10 K feet are on as they cross over the central Cascades in Washington.

That happened September 20, the UHF 353.9 hasn't changed though.
