I can not seem to get my scanner to follow this site. I live in Bellevue. Nothing comes over via trunk or conventional. Any ideas as to why?

I live in south Bellevue, and I can *barely* receive the control channel, but it's there. 860.7125.

If you really want to listen to it, get in your car, get on I-5 and start driving south! It'll come in crystal clear before long.
