I'm getting fringe-y reception so can't tell if it's 100% encrypted or not.

Many hits Monday from 0749 to 2057. I guess this is a Fed LE frequency for MLB All-Star related activities in Seattle. Seems to be fully encrypted. RID is always the same.

Sadly the Default $293 doesn't help, but I've seen many of the CST/WMD Teams using that freq/pair and NAC
along with USAR teams

IF I recall in LA during the Super Bowl this was also a Federal IO in-place for the event

Was this Simplex or Repeater??

Not sure, I wasn't able to monitor this live. I didn't see the early hits until after the fact.

FWIW, that's what we figured. The 10th WMD-CST team is stationed nearby.

USSS Charlie and Tango active over the last few days. Advanced planning and sterilization measures for Kamala visit tomorrow.

UPDATE: Today, WHCA November was also active (encrypted) besides the above.

Still in use; it's Capacity Plus. TG 12 is roving security (RIDs in the 100s) checking in with dispatch (RID 6126)

During commercial breaks, the above RF stays active but then (3) other simulcasted frequencies become active from the director's truck. He's keeping up on graphics and time to return from break, stats, etc.

Had over 200 recordings for 7/4 but signal was weak into Bellevue. Very scratchy analog.

Heard mentions of "northgate" and "everett mall" also "vendors" ... "(someone) is leaving on an ice run"

Possibly just parking enforcement/security... in a reserved lot. A female voice was leading comms.

Well, Nicky sent me a bunch of recordings of this. It sounded like operations for an event. No mentions of Everett but a female told a male to but something from the beer garden into the freezer in "Lethan/Leeson" Hall (it was fuzzy). Plenty of talk about beer gardens, stages and gator vehicles.
