Stopped in Chehalis on the way back and saw the same thing. 4 delivery vehicles, no radios in the vehicles or on the roof.

Olympia Fire 9. 151.0025, been simplex since whenever as an overflow channel. Today radio service is testing voters around town, Bush mtn, St Pete's. It's linked to a repeater, so it's possible the Fire 2, 154.370 wont have to be shared with CENCOM Kitsap

Oreilly vehicles I've seen before were running a 5/8 over 1/2 wave UHF antenna on a no drill NMO fender mount, mostly on Ford Rangers...

My local O'Reilly still has fender mounts on all their trucks and a Kenwood base radio on the counter. It was turned off but I asked no questions.

I used to work with a guy who now drives the delivery truck for them in Skagit county.

I will check with him!

Still going strong... no changes to their system. Signal coverage was very good around Federal Way. Average activity. Audio quality on XPR7550 was quite good with just stock TRBO duck.

I thought you were going to figure out the usages of each TG

The 5 person crew (all male) keep referencing 3-digit numbers -- which per their convos, refer to a VAN number. The vans are for kid pickup/transport. Sounds like a rental-radio system (freq is licensed to DAY Wireless out of Enumclaw.) Simplex only.

Probably some kind of temporary new years eve amusement park/setup.

Picking the signal up well from SE Bellevue. (Location is likely downtown Bellevue or Issaquah. Perhaps Seattle if they're using mobile rigs with more power.)
Getting a really bad decode. 4002 is a gal and 4001 is a guy and he's having trouble hearing her. Hard to make out what they're saying due to the poor decode. Once he called for "... for hire, 1". I may have also seen the 4004 radio ID.

Base/mobile simplex. Ground transportation coordination at SeaTac airport.

Seattle Public Library - Central Library

453.0375 D244 (R) Security
458.5625 D244 (S) reference desk calling to stacks to bring books down

Both of these appear to be running on the expired WPPF454.

451.5375 D244 which I heard back in 2018 may still be active. I got a brief hit but the scanner logged no audio. That's on WQKR972 for anyone keeping score at home.
