Do I really need all these tables for rebanding on King County system. I use 851.025 854.0 440 offset 25 step
and 851.0125 868.9875 0 offset 25 step for all rebanded systems down here and it works fine.

Heading up that way tomorrow.

Interesting. When I update the BCT15 or 396XT with the new frequency it won't scan properly. Per the scanner UI it's picking up 853.1875 and not 853.175...

The PSR-800 is working fine!

Had to update using a Rebanded Custom Plan on the 396XT.

Here's what I'm using:

This is the list I'm using.

(25khz Steps)

851.0125
861.9875
0

851.025
854.0
440

865.0125
868.9875
560

866.0
868.35
720

867.425
862.375
961

868.975
864.0
958

867.0 ** FreeScan returns OOB and programs blank info here so I'm ignoring it
870.625
815

Everything *seems* to be working with the above. The TGIDs are syncing up to the PSR-800 pretty much identically.

so Nick? 958 and 961 are in reverse order. does it make a difference how you put it in, or should it always be lower number first higher number second?

You'll only need the first two segments for rebanding.

Thanks that's what I thought. So if I read correctly Seattle and EPSCA simulcast have been rebanded and some of the IR's, but King County simulcast has not been done yet?

None of the KC/VC sites show as rebanded, though a couple of them don't have any channels where it would make a difference.

Thanks that's what I found too. Only EPSCA and Seattle sides have been done. I ran trunk88 on sites 1,3,6 and 11 if anyone is interested.

I think that was it. McDonald Mt IR site. I was staying in Tukwila and could receive it pretty well.

No, there were more. Most of the sites have been rebanded already. A couple didn't require it. The only one left is the primary KC/VC site.

Check again. The Grass and MacDonald sites aren't reporting "rebanded" though their channels are low-numbered, and the Courthouse and RJC are still in the 868 range.

Grass and McDonald do not need rebanding. The Courthouse and RJC are set for a future date. KCVC will be done soon....

Yes forgot about those. I still have never monitored them. I guess that's a good thing. ;)

Neighbour List for 3D1C zone 6 (RCS KC/VC Simulcast)
SysID Zone Band -----PCC----- Zone Name
3D1C 01 800R 526 (853.1750) RCS Seattle Simulcast
3D1C 03 800R 17 (851.4375) RCS EPSCA Simulcast
3D1C 07 800R 282 (858.0625) RCS Bothell
3D1C 08 800 289 (858.2375) RCS Grass Mtn
3D1C 11 800 388 (860.7125) RCS MacDonald Pt
3D1C 13 800 258 (857.4625) RCS KC/VC Dodge Ridge
3D1C 17 800R 518 (852.9750) RCS Regional Justice Center
Current zone ACC: 32 (851.8125) 674 (867.8625) 1002 (868.4500) [Rebanded]

I interpret this Trunk88 clip to mean they're using the new bandplan, though the control channel hasn't flipped yet (currently 868.425). Courthouse and RJC went a little while ago.

KC/VC should be rebanded by early next week, the voice channels have been migrating downwards a few at a time.

Update: Current control channel 853.42500

So the KC/VC site was working for me last night, today will not lock onto a CC. Does someone have a list of the new CC ?
