The block of 9th and Olive - right on the top of the tunnel opening. 99 percent decode was solid. If you turn the corner it is gone.

I heard it with a PL of 167.9 from the Tacoma area- someone that sounded like "Harbor-9" requesting permission to enter the IDS.

I knew there was a reason I had the rebanded I-Call and I-Tac freqs locked out...
