When it comes to knowing about the KC system Sean & Wiz are the people who know
what the facts are. They have the inside scoop. We should be glad that they share this information with the group. They are the "Radio Elites" and just want to have the correct info for their system shared with the group.

It appears that it has been just over two years since the last post under this topic. Is there anything new about the shuffled band plan, rebanding, etc. How about new scanners that could monitor these type systems when they are implemented?
