In Sunnyside: 464.600 is part of a LTR system? Only one trunked license for it in the state: WPSP372: Wiztronics on Baldi so probably not that.

Wiztronics on Baldi would be part of their wide area digi system.

I'll check tomorrow to see if it's part of A-1's LTR. You'll find it licensed under ZCELL Networks which is Jack McLeod helping John out. Anybody in radio in central Washington knows Jack. He's been around for a long time. Uses 75 ohm splitters with critical length 75 ohm cables to get a close 50 ohm impedance instead of buying 50 ohm stuff. It's cheaper you know...

Tell the scanner to stop on the freq sooner, or tell Action to transmit a longer leader ;)

Damn, Buck? Based on how strong this was I hadn't expanded my search radius that far.

It's sitting there, CW'ing away, not doing anything.

Must be low on repeater customers.

Picture is from 2002 and from the lower generator building about 100feet elevation than the actual site. Its line of site from most of the sound.

464.0 is part of an 8 channel Capacity Plus system. Color code is 5 but it's not strong enough to decode well for me.

Yeah I think that's the the new Bellevue Place system -- I'd have to double check when I get home.

If so then it's a new (and unlicensed) freq.

Nope sorry don't know what that is... it's not Bellevue Place and I don't have a listing for 464.0 -- on DMR... for conventional it was a Horizon Air freq... CTCSS of 69.3

TRBOWest 11998119 might be Emerald City Trolleys. The locations match up, and this photo of the interior shows what looks to be an XPR 4550:

The "trolleys" are operated by MTR Western which might be the users of 11998236 and 11998260. Either them or possibly Starline.
