Interesting. One RadioID just came back as "CHEYENNE ARROW" which happens to be tug boat in the middle of Elliot Bay (as of 7 minutes ago.)

Hmm...

Not a tug, a little service boat. I see it frequently at various points around the Sound.

What's also interesting is that they only work during the day..? I never hear them after hours.
