If the closest repeater wasn't in Clark County, I'd guess the pipeline patrol aircraft.

I can with 100% certainty confirm is was not an aircraft given the backround noise, tone/dialect of the women's voice and my experience as a commercial helicopter and airplane pilot.

I could hear both parties too.

Can anyone confirm what 154.945 is..? It's a county frequency. Haven't been able to hear any locations as yet.

If 173.8 pl, probably Pierce County SO on 154.950.

Can anyone ID the following:

463.3 Mhz
C94.8

It's one of Action's customers.... sounds like a delivery/truck driver. Any guesses who? They make consistent references to Pacific, WA and "hitting the pumps" (i.e. gas pumps)

Perhaps a shuttle service?
