Brad is correct. I'd like to add that the same capabilty exists for King County radios to use Tacoma's and the Port's system as well.

Yeah, I knew the two systems (Sno. and King Co.) weren't going to be "linked" together--like Omnilink.

I was just wondering what TG's KC users(mainly fire/EMS) will use to respond MA into Snohomish County. Will North/Northeast KC agencies simply have some of the Snohomish TG's programmed into their(KC) radios?

I remembers seeing a sample TG template for my department that showed a kind of generic "MA SNO CO" TG. Just wondering what that was all about.

Thanks for the info! CAR

There are two Sno County TG's relating to fire that are called "MA SNO 1" and "MA SNO 2". Those could be the TG's that King County agencies switch to in order to be patched to the appropriate Sno County working TG.

It may also be that King County users will get some/all of the Sno County Fire TG's - so that patching isn't necessary, and would allow more flexibility for responding units.

Brad.
