A couple items:

Microsoft has moved (or still is moving) to a Passport based system.
PASSPORT is indeed the default CWID in all Passport switches.

Looks like a Day tech failed to change this when installing the local switches.

Also, much of the 454.nnnn (formerly RCC) channels have been sold at auction.
Auctions 44 & 49 sold these freqs, on a MEA basis.

See http://wireless.fcc.gov/auctions/default.htm?job=auction_summary&id=44 for info on auction 44

ICOM America ended up with 6 of these channels on a roundabout basis, and uses them at 3 sites for a Passport system they now operate.

I'll look up the freqs and post later.
(sitting in class right now)

Yes, those are all Microsoft buildings. Studio west is the new complex with the "commons" park/restaurants just north of 520 off of 40th.

I'm not getting a good enough decode on my Pro-97 for the LTR. It seems odd that they wouldn't use a tone. Actually, I'm not sure if the Pro-97 will decode Passport. Also, I'm hearing Ocean units today.

But I agree that it's definitely Billy G's employees. Studios West was a dead giveaway. I wasn't sure about the RTC buildings. I looked at them in Street View but couldn't see any markings on the buildings.

RTC is the regional transit center where all the commuter busses ("connector") as well as public transit arrive for main campus. Shuttle busses from around campus then pick up/drop off from there.

I'd call RTC Redmond Town Center based on this traffic...

That sounds a lot like Overlake Transit Center.

There are a few of these 6.25 splinter Passport systems here in L.A. using 454.04375 - 454.65625.

There are currently no Radio scanners available that will track a PassPort system.

Thanks for the tip, this traffic booms in on Bainbridge. They did a station ID at 15:50 hrs in CW, and I didn't catch it. If you got the callsign, the guessing would be over, but it seems that MSFT security if a good bet.

Good to know- thanks!

Guess I should read those emails the FCC sends out after all...

Yes, I caught it, and it IDs as "PASSPORT"

Passport also adds radio ID support via an ESN so you can authorize radios on the system, correct?
