I think the only department in South King County that maybe using a three number apparatus designator is the Port of Seattle as they are,

Command 700 (On Duty Operations Chief)

711 & 712 (Structual Fire Apparatus)

731 & 732 (Aid Cars)

733, 734, 735 & 736 (Airport Crash Trucks)

777 (Hazardous Materials Unit)

787 (Mass Casualty Incident Response Unit)

You may hear these numbers on a South King talk group espesically with the City of SeaTac units (45, 46, & 47) as the Port of Seattle goes mutual aid with them.

If you hear 711 it may also be a backup rig to Kent Fire station 71 as the South King departments will add a "1" to the end of there designators when using a back up apparatus.

Kent has no reserve units at Station 71. They only have Engine, Aid and Boat 71.
