OK, so I see that people are using Tone-Out Feature on Conventional Scanning, that is fine if the dispatch agencey is simulcasting. Will this feature work on the Trunk side as well? In Snohomish County Simulcasting will not be forever and Conventional system will be droped.

I was wondering the same thing myself? Unfortunately I don't know the answer.

I have been using 154.400 as the frequency, and the tone-out appears to be working for engines 63,64, aid 63, 64, mso6, and battalion 61. I am not sure about truck 61. Medic 63 and 65 do not appear to be working .

Thank you for the tones KD7NAX!

Note: Bothell Fire / Snohomish County Fire District 10 operates 2 Stations well North of the King County Line in Snohomish County and operate on Conventional 154.400 as well as 800Mhz Trunked

It is not uncommon for to far away Districts to have the same Freq. What is differant is ther P.L. Freq. which will take away the bleedover.

Like I said, no tone. I scanned for a tone when it was in heavy use, I didn't check DCS, but couldn't find one a sub audible tone.
