No City Fire Dept. Town has Snohomish County Fire District 5 and is Dispatched on Sno. Co. Fire East dispatch Talk Group 528.

Monroe, Sultan, Goldbar, and Index all are on the 800Mhz. Remember that SNOPAC is still simulcasting and that some of these small Dept's with not a lot of money might be using there old radios.

Sultan is going to go UHF for the fire dept; abandoning the TRS.

Where did you get your info.? Who will Dispatch them because SNOPAC will abandon there UHF system in the future. I know someone who works for SERS and will try to find out.

I dunno when it's going to happen, I know they've already optioned 460.500 for one of their freqs though. They're apparently going through Adcomm (?).

BTW, the source is one of the FD commissioners.

What UHF system is SNOPAC going to abandon? I only know them to have the VHF system(s) and the new 800mhz system.

If I recall right, ADCOMM is not a Dispatch agency, but someone who designs such and helps install.

Sorry about that, I meant for the technical stuff.

Don't know about dispatch, I think they were looking at contracting something.
