can;t I just use the King Co/Valcom System and program in the Eastside TG ID's? That might be my best bet...

Thats exactly what i did this evening. I just used the King/Val TRS freqs and I am now getting all the Eastside PD's FD's just fine. Well, So far I have Heard Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah PD's and have yet to hear Kirkland PD or Bothell. So thats not bad, much better than before when i recieved ZILCH on that system. lol Now, I need to come up with an improvised antenna set up for my outdoor antenna. I have a large patio/balconey here its just that its covered. The antenna is currently attached to a Radioshack 5ft mast. It does not clear height wise. i will need to remove it from that mast and maybe attach it to a lower mast. I was thinking about a 4x4 piece of wood. The take a 5 Gallon bucket and fill it with quickcrete sink the pole and then strap the antenna to the 4x4. Its semi portable, and still isn't attached to the condo unit! :) Besides i could move it around on my deck to get "directional" reception. lol
