What are the primary back-up systems (and corresponding frequencies) for the various users of the KC Trunk System when, and if, it ever goes down? I'm primarily interested in Seattle PD, Fire, EOC, etc., but I'm sure everyone has their own geographical interest.

It seems these would be very worthwhile lists/templates to have prepared.

Anyone have any, or are they posted on this site somewhere that I've missed?
