That deal with WSP up by Rockport; I kept hearing Everett on WSP State using "Omaha". Is this code for "Oh my God"! Someone stole my hot-rod??
I don't think there are any mountains/ comms/antennas up there called Omaha.
First time I heard it, and the only time I can remember a troop losing his car.

...
Although way back when I was a tow driver, I did yank a troops' car out of the ditch on I-405. A humble, yet female type. The 1991-92 winter.

Omaha is CBP (formerly under ICE) helicopters. They generally patrol the border however, assist any law enforcement agency requests. They are stationed out of Bellingham. There are others, but the two listed are the most commonly heard.

Omaha 350- Blackhawk
Omaha 2AE- A-Star

Omaha is the Border Patrols Helo up here and when in need they help out the WSP in situations like up at Rockport last night, which involved a small chase, the perp runnning on foot and turning around and the perp stealing the police cruzer and the perp ended up getting shot in the process.
