A lot of the active frequencies here at Spokane Arena are licensed to the Spokane Public Facilities District, WQHK720.
They are not specifically licensed for the arena itself. They might be used by other Spokane city facilities, maybe with different PL tones?

Sunday morning, started picking up digital paging on 464.6500 MHz full quieting at the arena, but no license found on FCC ULS.

I had not picked this up on the last three days of monitoring...

Paging?? or could it be GPS RTK
that frequency is rather common at Construction sites for GPS devices, wreaking havoc :)

Federal VHF/UHF search results so far:

162.2625, 167.9pl - Woman dispatcher telling someone they need to stay off this channel. Lots of NCIC information passed. USFS law enforcement?
162.8250, N323 - RID 517xxxx
163.6250, N311 - RID 524xxxx
164.1875, 210.7pl - Weak transmission faded out
164.1625, CSQ - Definitely Canadian truckers talking about how overweight they were.
165.7625, N301 - RID 647xxxx
166.5875, N325 - RID 647xxxx
167.2500, 123.0pl - Weak transmission
167.6125, N711 - IWN TG 13555
171.6125, N713 - IWN Control Channel
172.5750, 173.8 - Mobile unit chatting about heading home
173.3750, CSQ - More truckers chatting away, not English or Spanish
173.7125, CSQ - Morse ID

More coming...

And in the UHF side:

406.7375, N0E7 - TG 1, RID 987xxx - Probably not a trunked system, as I'm only seeing TG1
408.2000, N201 - FPS RID 674xxxx
417.2000, N201 - FPS input to 408.2

162.2625 MHz was simplex or an input, just dispatchers heard.

167.2500 - Too weak to tell...
