So I got a Fire Chief up the Valley having troubles monitoring the East Simulcast! It stopped working on several scanners at the same time. West Simulcast & Index still work. So does anyone have a clue? Maybe the Control Channels changed?

East control channel used to live on 853.5875 but has been 853.7500 for several months now. So your guess is probably correct.

So I entered the East Simulcast into my Uniden BCT15X using FreeScan software and nothing. So I checked the band plan manually on the BCT15X and it had not transferred over so I entered it manually and I'm picking up East simulcast fine.

He is using a Uniden BCT15 a little different then the X model and says he is having problems with the band plan.

East is back on 853.5875 as of yesterday. Just so you know, in case your scanner isn't actually fixed but just went back to the prior CC.
