Any plans for anyone in king county planning on using 700 mhz? Anyone on it now?

The regional planning group is still working on it. However -- 700 Mhz is not going to be availible until April of 2009. I am not even sure if any of the present scanners -- can receive those new frequencies. I believe that the entire 700 Mhz band will be ALL in digital. The Idaho State Police have a special use license and are on the air in certain parts of the State.
