Heard Smokey 4 calling them on LERN from Maynard Hill earlier. (Discovery Bay)

Offhand, I'd guess Pacific Command for the US mil. Isn't the Nimitz transiting that area enroute Everett today or tomorrow?

Pac-Comm is often the callsign for the lead CG boat in the rolling (floating) protection zone for sub's coming in from and leaving for the ocean.

From the call type and the fact that the Hood Canal bridge closed with WSP help makes me think it was the CG boat the plane was calling.
