It appears that Norcom may have made some changes to their fire CAD system. The alpha-paging system seems to be streaming more data info to pagers. This all started happening on Monday as I remember. I also noticed today that there no longer seems to be any tone pages going out on the 154.400 frequency.

Might anyone have more info?

Thanks

They may have gone to what is called New World Systems ? All of Snohomish County will be transitioning to this in the future.

Tone paging came back this afternoon so it was probably just down for a while. It does help to see more info on the alpha pages.

Sometimes it takes a bit to get the paging up with the new CAD.

Yes, the changes are to the dispatch systems not the radios.
