I don't know of a fire at Lake Chelan but there is a fire north of Lake Wenatchee on Dirty Face Mountain.

Freqs heard in use from Seattle so far are:
168.650 National Flight Following
415.575 Seattle area crossband link to 168.65
122.925 Lead plane returning to Redmond OR.
132.550

Other freqs that probably have traffic would be 172.25 and 171.50
Wenatchee National Forest, as well as 168.550 (Smokejumpers)
159.345 DNR Central Washington Coordination Center
168.625 "Air Guard" freq for Fire Fighting aircraft.

TV news said State Mobilization has been put into effect so possibly
traffic on 156.135 (OSCCR), and 153.830 (REDNET).

There Used to be a Fire Lookout on Dirtyface Ridge ( Where The Fire is) 2 Miles North of Lake Wenatchee, 8)

DIRTYFACE RIDGE LOOKOUT
R.I.P. 1957-1975
Established with a camp in 1914, a D-6 cupola cabin and a platform were installed in 1920. An L-4 cab followed in 1933, replaced by an R-6 flat cab in 1957, which was scheduled to be moved by helicopter to nearby Alpine Lookout in 1975. Unable to lift it off the summit, the cab was burned to the ground.
Wenatchee National Forest
2 miles north of Lake Wenatchee
Chelan County, Washington
Elevation 5989'
