Anyone figure out why CG Seattle sometimes ID's as 'CG Seattle' and sometimes 'Sector Seattle'? (157.05)

The Coast Guard recently went through a re-organization. What was once Station Seattle and Marine Safety Office Puget Sound are now combined into "Sector Seattle".

Port Angeles is now "Sector Port Angeles". It is just not easy getting a new name down when you have been using the old one for many years.
