I'm new to trunking but believe that I have the Eastside, Seattle, and King County trunks properly configured in my BC296D - each in their own separate banks. However when I run the scanner in "ID Search" mode, I am occasionally seeing Seattle ID's pop up on the both the Eastside and King County trunk frequencies. I confirmed this by matching the ID against the observed frequency - example ID 1744 (Sea FD Dispatch) showed up on 853.6125 (a known KC trunk freq) and in the KC trunk. I have also seen quite a number of Seattle PD ID's show up on the other two trunk systems as well. Why is this? Are these trunking systems somehow cross-connected?

Thanks,
